Three Takeaways from this episode! 1) Choose the life you want to live, and subsequently don’t live by default. If you don’t decide what you want someone else will decide for you!

2) Be intentional about your future. Don’t let someone else high-jack your life. To do this, you can practice self-care and set good boundaries with those around you.

3) Just because something is hard doesn’t mean you should give up. Heather gave up running because of a difficult race. Later, she returned to it because it was something she was really passionate about!

Books Heather Recommends 1) Outwitting the Devil – Napoleon Hill

2) A Course in Miracles – Helen Schucman
