About Haley Whitehead
Haley played soccer at Texas Tech which is a Division 1 School. She got her degree in Mechanical Engineering and then went to Duke University and got her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. In this episode, Haley and I talk about her confidence and how she eliminates self-doubt.

Three Takeaways from this episode!
1- Flip a switch and eliminate self-doubt. Decide not to let doubt seep in, because once you let it in, it’s hard not to go down a rabbit hole.
2- Just because you don’t get to play in the game, doesn’t mean you aren’t a valuable part of the team. You can still lead from the sidelines.
3- Instead of looking at things as a failure, look at them as a challenge, or a pivot point! As a result, you’ll be more motivated to push past your failures and learn from them.
