Tina McDermott has been working in the health and wellness industry for almost 20 years. She was born to help people through health and wellness and exercise and there is nothing more that she would like to do with her life. Tina’s goal is to reach out to as many people as humanly possible through health, wellness, and exercise to help make this world a better place. She also specializes in helping people with their emotional issues of eating and is an expert at helping you lose weight and also teaches exercise and nutrition on a one on one basis, in small groups as well as in corporations. In this episode, Tina talks about overcoming emotional eating, Lyme disease, and how she quit her job and moved to Italy.
