Now for the Good Stuff… Why Nikole Stanfield is so Badass!

  1. Her intentional splurging. Nikole routinely plans to splurge on items that are only $5 to $10. These are items that bring her joy. For example, coffee, sushi, or fresh flowers.
  2. How she schedules freedom. Nikole schedules things in her calendar so that she has more freedom. I know that may sound restrictive but it’s not. It allows you to be intentional with your time and prioritize the things you love doing.
  3. Her stress response. When Nikole feels stressed out because she wants to do something and isn’t doing it she texts a friend or the last person she sent a text message to and asks them to help her be accountable.
